When your energy gets low between meals, it’s important to eat a filling snack that is nutritious and yummy that can power us through to our next meal.

These energy bites are so easy to prepare and using all the nutrient-dense, whole food quality ingredients.
I use 4 different grains from Bob’s Mill brand: Organic Kamut, Millet, Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats, and Gluten Free Extra Thick Rolled Oats. Combination of all these rich nutrient superfoods will give us lasting energy while still keep our waistline intact. Not to mention that they are super yummilicious and satisfying.

Fun idea: play ‘Squid Game’ using your energy bites. Shape them to a small round disc, then use cookie cutters to outline the shape ⚫️🔺◼️.
