My quick-fix lunch was super satisfying. I had a Sambal Sotong Petai Fried Rice with a fried egg. Totally love it.
I fried my leftover brown rice with some Sambal Cumi Pete from ngramu.djamoe. No need to add any other spices or seasonings. I love it to the max!!
.
ngramu.djamoe produces their variety of homemade sambal using only the freshest ingredients without any preservatives. This company supports movement by using only glass bottles packaging, which can then be reused for spice containers, etc.

All these spicy sauces can be eaten as a condiment or used as fried rice base.
I kept mine in the freezer to increase their shelf-life.
.
Good news is ngramu.djamoe ships their products to Singapore now. I received mine chilled in a styrofoam box.
