🤎Mediadrop: Cocoa Powder from dezaancocoa_asia🤎
Here is my easy Chocolate Pao De Queijo (chewy Brazillian cheese bread) for Sunday breakfast. Having these with a cup of tea (me) or coffee (hubby) or hot chocolate (kids) is perfect.
I used Artisan Black cocoa powder from dezaancocoa_asia for the chocolate flavor. If you love dark chocolate, then you’ll like this intense and bitter cocoa powder 🥰. Can’t wait to try out the other cocoa powders 😍.
Chocolate Pao De Queijo
1 1/2 cups sago powder (or you may use tapioca starch), remove 2 tbsp of this flour and replace it with 2 tbsp Artisan Black cocoa powder
2/3 cup fresh cold milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp salt
🤎Blend all the ingredients (I use a hand-blender).
🤎Prepare 3 mini muffin pans, brush the pans with some olive oil.
🤎Pour the batter to the muffin pans to the brim.
🤎Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Note: since it’s a gluten free bread, it needs to be consumed within the same day.
