This is an easy recipe with no machine and no kneading necessary. It does take a long proofing time though. The end result is crisp crust on the outside and soft texture on the inside.
I purposely made a mini version instead of the long thin shape, since I planned to have some for banh mi 😉.

Ingredients are crucial to have a perfect baguette. I usually use French flour, but a regular bread or plain flour is fine too. I also use some fine grain Himalayan Pink Salt instead of regular salt. This time I used Tadka brand from shivsagartrading.
