It’s time of the year again to eat this yummy rice dumplings or bak chang. Mine must be filled with braised pork or minced pork, salted egg, and walnut. Nothing can beat my mom’s though. Miss her rice dumplings so much. She always makes the longer version that look a bit like a cone. Miss you mom ❤️.
