Flame-Torched Salmon Poke Bowl with Japanese dressing is light yet so satisfying.

I used sashimi-grade salmon from fassler_gourmet, cut them into cubes, sprinkled with some Himalayan Pink Salt from maisongourmetsg, and blow-torched them.

I loaded mine up with some steamed brown rice, purple lettuce, sweet corns, cucumber, grated carrots, and ice plant. No edamame this time though.

Japanese dressing:
.
In a small bowl mix:
1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp finely grated ginger
1/4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp mirin (optional)
