This time I prepared Chickpeas and Peppered Pea Cheese Masala. herbyvorefoods peppered pea cheese resembles the dairy paneer in term of texture. It has very subtle hint of pepper. For this recipe, I cut them into cubes. If you prefer more flavorful paneer, then you may crumble them instead.
