Black is one of my favorite colors 🖤. Noodles is one of my favorite food 🍜. Black Noodles then concludes both world perfectly 😉.

Presenting here is my Black Noodles with Sambal Matah, completed with fried egg and vegetable crackers.
I used Bamnut Charcoal Noodles with Shroom Pepper seasoning from whatiffoods to create this dish. I added some homemade sambal matah (swipe pics for recipe) for the extra oomph. Sambal matah is basically a raw citrusy sambal originated from Bali.
