This is a healthier version of curry puff. Instead of deep drying it, I oven-bake it. The result is the same crisp flaky crust minus the greasy. For the filling, I use the ready-to-eat shredded chicken from El-Dina. The lovely spiced Peri-peri chicken offers a slightly spicy and tangy flavor, while the Tandoori chicken boasts the earthy flavors that give its distinct taste. Save my cooking time too since I can have 2 different fillings at one go 😉.
