Avocado Sago
.
1 ripe avocado (I use Vietnamese avocado from crazcrav)
3 tbsp condensed milk
100 ml cold water
80 gr dried pandan sago pearls
Some nata de coco

Direction:

1. Boil approx 3 cups of water
2. When the water is boiling, pour the dried pandan sago pearls, make sure all covered by water. Leave them without stirring.
3. When you see white dots on the pearls, pour a cup of cold water and stir gently.
4. Continue cooking them until they turn translucent.
5. Rinse the sago pearls through a sieve and running water to remove excess starch, then transfer them to a bowl.
6. Cut and pit the avocado. Scoop out the meat with a spoon. Then blend them with some condensed milk and cold water (add some water or fresh milk if you prefer until you get the right consistency).
7. Now pour some avocado smoothies into a bowl, add the sago pearls and nata de coco.
8. Place the bowl in a fridge and serve it when it’s cold.
9. Enjoy!! 😋😋
